The Cloud earned one of the lowest scores on our tests of quality due to its thin feel with hard plastic seats, and a design that seems old-fashioned. It's also more expensive than other strollers that are lighter which is why it's not the best option when you're looking for a budget alternative.
It's not the most light stroller but it's got enough features that it is worth considering. Its swiveling front wheel makes it easy to navigate on flat surfaces and it can jump curbs with minimal effort unlike other light strollers that drift off course when trying to do the same thing. The Cloud's low handle is a problem but it's at knee height, and not adjustable. It's difficult to push it while your legs are hanging in that way. And the absence of padding doesn't make it any easier.
During testing, we found that the Cloud was easy to set up and open. Close it is a little more difficult. You have to slide the slider and then press the large white button. This can be quite a hassle especially if you're juggling kids while doing it.
The Cloud comes with a small, but deep storage basket. It's large enough to accommodate the size of a large diaper bag. It's not the greatest width, though you'll probably need to put something in to reach back to retrieve it. The Cloud includes a child and parent tray with two cup holders each, but they're both too narrow to comfortably hold larger cups or bottles.

Joovy Kooper X2

Its sling style seats are comfortable, and they provide the same amount of headroom as other double strollers. This lets kids sit together. The Kooper X2 is unique in that it offers a fully reclined seat, which makes it a great option for nap time. The recline feature is simple to use, however it's not really flat. Taller children may have a leg hanging in the reclined position. It also comes with a large canopy, which we found to be more effective at blocking out the sun than other strollers in our top double strollers review.
The stroller is lightweight enough to be able to move through door frames. This was a major issue with other strollers we tried. It folds quickly and the handlebars are close to the ground, making it easy carrying. Its only downside is its relatively small storage space, which can feel cramped when full of kids' toys.

This includes how easy it is to fold and set up, how to adjust the safety harness and how to open and close the brakes. We also carry and lift the strollers in a similar manner as if they were being placed in a trunk and how to install and remove a infant car seat, if it is needed. We also assessed the durability and strength of the stroller as well as whether the strollers have a parent tray which can accommodate both child trays.
